We will try our best to avoid such situation happens and it is indeed very rare in our company, if such accident does exist, we will negotiate with our clients to solve the problem. If there are conclusive evidences that show our responsibility for the disqualification, we will provide partial refund, refund or replacement or other negotiated ways to minimise our customers’ loss.
